The visionary of this project, our CEO, Mr. Anurav Rane, is as dynamic as an entrepreneur can get. An entrepreneur since 10 years, he has a tendency to lean towards innovative ideas. An engineer in Information Technology and masters in Business Management from SIBM Pune, he’s always on the lookout of businesses that not only interest his mathematical genius, but also his heart. A state captain in athletics, he’s also been a sports lover since his childhood. Even today, you’ll find him at the badminton court every day after work. At PlanMyMedicalTrip.com, his extensive knowledge in tourism and medical has come together to offer the very best in medical tourism in India.
Dr. Rajeev Rane, COO
Dr. Rajeev Rane, the captain of our ship, is a man of more work and less words. A highly talented physician, he has stood first throughout his education and was an education topper always. He was a University First in Pre-Medical Science (1972); a University First in First M.B.B.S. Exam (1974); and a University First in Second M.B.B.S. Exam (1976). Apart from these recognitions, he’s also won other awards such as the Shri L.B. Mahajan and Shri B.M. Shahade Prize. Together with his wife, Dr. Bharati Rane, he’s successfully running a private hospital, with an ICU facility, for 30 years now.
Dr. Bharati Rane, Senior Mentor
Dr. Bharati Rane is the force behind our endeavor to reach the global stage in healthcare. Co-founder of Snehanjali Hospital in Bardoli, she’s our go-to person for all things in the company. She’s a practicing gynecologist for the last 35 years; this vast amount of experience helps our team to get a proper direction. She’s also a traveler at heart and has traveled extensively all around the world. Her experiences during these travels are today found in articles in leading dailies like Divya Bhaskar, Gujarat Mitra, etc; interviews on radio; and lectures across the country. So rich in knowledge are her books, that she has won several awards for them; she also is an active member of the Gujarat Sahitya Academy. She’s the strong anchor for our company, giving us focus at all times.
Neha Joshi,CMO
Not all those who wander are lost … wrote J. R. R. Tolkien many years ago in a book which became the Bible for many. Its pages bear words, which have evoked and inspired many to grip their sense of adventure, and embark on journeys, which even words might fail to express. For Neha Joshi, our CMO, life has been a series of such adventures and undertakings. After doing her bacherlor’s in Marketing and masters in Literature, she’s worked with more than 50 brands, before joining our team. She’s responsible for the creativity we bring to marketing our company. A traveler at heart, her passion to study places of the world, also adds to her interest at work at PlanMyMedicalTrip.com.
Dr. Yashwant Tawade, Senior Mentor
A senior dermatologist from Pune, Dr. Yashwant Tawade is our senior mentor along with Dr. Bharati Rane. He’s a practicing dermatologist for the last 40 years, and is one of the most well-known doctors in the city. He’s currently heading the Department of Dermatology at KEM Hospital, Pune. His network and valuable advice has proved to continuously be a guiding force for the company.
Vandit Kinarivala, CTO
Vandit is again one of the young minds working relentlessly for PlanMyMedicalTrip.com. After working for more than 6 years in the world’s largest video game publishing company, he joined hands with us for the company’s strong development base that would be the strongest pillar in our growth. Known for being a hardworking professional, and after winning some great promotions early on in his professional life, Vandit is a strong part of our team, getting with him strong technical know-how and the passion for quick, yet innovative process.
Nishat Kondvikar, Development Head
Nishat provides all the expertise necessary in developing a technologically-strong website and mobile app that can not only hold huge numbers of traffic, but also enhance the user experience to improve brand recall. His passion for flying also led him to train as a pilot, but his love for coding ensured that he built some of the best websites. He’s built a total of at least 100 websites so far, each unique in its own way. His knowledge is a supporting force to our portal ensuring that we are always stress-free, knowing the portal is safe in his hands.
Mr. Ninad Tawade, Mentor
Ninad comes from the pool of young minds and has worked with companies that have received funding. He knows how to optimally target sales to achieve effective conversions. He’s currently heading sales at Zomato. A COEP and IIM Indore passout, his educational excellence and dynamic experience add to the robust minds working for our company.
