300-hour residential traditional Tantra yoga teacher training course in India registered with Yoga Alliance. At yoga school Shiva Shakti Yoga – RYS 300. This is an intensive and advance level yoga course of five weeks designed for yoga teachers designated as – RYT 200.

The 300-hour Tantra Yoga Teacher Training at Shiva shakti Yoga trains one to deal directly with the technical process of teaching while educates the teacher to build up a good back ground of the theory of yoga to get acquainted with the subject well. This is a practical as well as experiential course. Theory gives understanding to practice and practice gives meaning to theory.
